Freya Hinrichsen is a Registered Psychologist who works with teenagers, adults and couples, who seek her support for a broad range of issues; depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, coaching, trauma, school refusal, learning and developmental difficulties, relationship and family issues. Freya draws on a number of therapeutic modalities including; CBT, EMDR, Schema therapy, Mindfulness, Relaxation, and Psycho-education.
