The NICU discharge support packages were designed specifically for post-NICU families needing support at home as a bridge to Child & Family Health. The ENHANCED package encompasses 4 weeks of support and includes 3 in-home visits per week (total 12 hours), unlimited text support (weekends included, 9a-5p), and optional unlimited Telehealth video check-in as addition (to clarify feeding, oxygen, reflux, etc). This is best for families needing regular in-home guidance, with higher medical or emotional support needs during the NICU-to-home transition. *Some or all of this package will be eligible for Medicare Rebate*
