Kerynn is certified in DV-alert (Domestic and Family Violence Response Training), EFT Tapping for trauma, and is a certified trauma recovery coach, complementing her practice with somatic and evidence-informed techniques that gently support mind-body healing. She supports people experiencing PTSD, anxiety, relationship ruptures, grief and loss, neurodiversity, and life transitions. Kerynn has a strong commitment to neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed practices and works respectfully with LGBTQIA+ communities. She offers inclusive, culturally attuned care while drawing on a rich repertoire of therapeutic modalities. She fosters resilience, emotional safety, and authentic connection, empowering individuals to align with their values and reclaim their sense of self.
