She also supports young people through crisis, rites of passage and developmental change.
Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence‑based modalities with a neuro‑affirming, strengths‑based lens. Clients experience a space defined by clarity, compassion, respect and genuine collaboration. Kerynn specialises in legacy work, boundary repair, assertiveness, and transforming intergenerational and relational pain into personal agency.
Through counselling, psychotherapy, psychosocial recovery coaching, and skills development coaching, she supports clients to reclaim voice and autonomy, navigate complex systems, strengthen emotional and functional capacity, and build sustainable long-term wellbeing. Her work is known for its warmth, precision and deep commitment to dignity‑centred, values‑aligned care — particularly within disability, trauma and survivor‑led communities.
