Overview

I am a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in achieving their mental health, relationship, and overall wellbeing goals. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based, with a focus on helping clients develop practical strategies, overcome barriers, and make sustainable, self-directed changes. I utilise evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other psychological interventions, tailored to each client's individual needs. My areas of practice include individual psychological therapy, couples/marital and relationship counselling, emotional wellbeing, anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment difficulties. I also provide psychological assessments for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and personality disorders, where clinically indicated. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and meaningful improvements in their quality of life.
