I offer individual, couple and family counselling and psychotherapy in my private practice. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults and families, and about playing a part in making a difference in their lives. I feel privileged and honored when families let me join them because I believe it takes great courage, trust and hope to enter into a therapeutic relationship and work towards positive change. I approach my work from a systems theory perspective because I believe that family stress, relationship problems, marginalization, trauma, mental health, addiction, fragmentation, violence, abuse and dis-empowerment etc need to be understood through their historical and societal lenses in order for recovery and healing to occur. I am enthusiastic about being in a position to make a difference in our community's well-being and health through my work. I am able to meet my clients in the comfort of their own home.
