Evolving Potential was established in January 2014. We provide Occupational Therapy services for children and young adults and we are "committed to supporting ability" by encouraging participation with meaningful activities and providing a high quality, well informed, efficient, community based therapy service – this means our friendly team of therapists travel to you and complete assessments, support and/or therapy within the context of your life.
