So, I do everything I can to help make it easier for you to take that first step to better health. Life throws us challenges that we aren’t prepared for, because we life gives the exam before the lesson. Whatever you’re going through, and it’s perfectly normal to need help discovering how you got lost, or deciding where you want to go, and how to get there. My motto is ‘if you change nothing, nothing changes’. If you want to make a difference in your life, I can guide you until you feel ready to continue without me. The tools and strategies I can show you, will last a lifetime! ~~~~ Andi’s therapeutic approach is non-diagnostic. She incorporates psycho-education and science-based practices to achieve comprehensive outcomes. A session with Andi may include; life coaching, CBT, ACT, skills training, assertiveness, goal-setting, compassionate or motivational interviewing, psycho-education, conditioning and graded exposure, trauma processing, grief counselling, and autonomic system arousal reduction techniques. You can rest assured that Andi is an LGBTIQ+ Ally, Red Umbrella Ally, and offers a gender-affirming, ENM, and neurodivergent affirming space for clients. Andi has over decade of work experience, and has worked with people of diverse backgrounds. Andi has worked in a range of settings, including government, corporate, and private practice. Andi is confident to present to a wide audience, and is an experienced facilitator and trainer. Andi completed a double degree, majoring in Psychology (Hons) and Human Resource Management, before completing Masters in Psychology at the University of Queensland. She is fully registered with AHPRA, and an active advocate of psychology along with the Australian Psychological Society (APS), College of Organisational Psychologists (COP) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
