Eva graduated from Monash University in Melbourne in 2004 and has since been practicing as a Psychologist. Her goal is to improve the quality of life of her clients. Eva’s interest lies in the areas of anxiety issues, depression related symptoms, life stage transitions, communication and relationship problems, parental stress, ADHD, Autism, and other special educational needs. When working with special educational needs, Eva helps parents to maximize the potentials of their children and to look at their children with new insights by using a mixture of educational, learning and psychological strategies. When working with mental health issues, Eva’s main approach focuses around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is a very effective treatment approach with empirical evidence. Eva has gained extensive experience working in both Hong Kong and in Perth. Whilst working in Hong Kong, she was a lecturer and the author of a few books of special educational needs. During her time in Perth, Eva had been teaching Bachelor and Postgraduate level Psychology while providing private practice psychologist service. Most of her clients are referred by GPs, Pediatricians or Psychiatrists. Eva is a Cantonese, English, and Mandarin speaking psychologist. She can consult fluently in all three languages. She works with her clients individually in sessions of 50 minutes each.
