Emma Davis

Myotherapist

Meet Emma, our Massage Therapist at Eurobodalla Health and Fitness. Emma recently moved to the area with her young family from Canberra and is excited to get back to work and help people. She graduated with a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy from the Endevour College of Natural Health in Queensland and has worked with the general public, elite football teams like the Brisbane Broncos and Queensland Reds, and more recently pre and post-natal women. Emma uses myofascial release and relaxation/deep tissue techniques to help treat clients’ injuries and pain. She sees the person as a whole and likes to educate clients on how to manage and overcome injury or pain so that they can live life to the fullest. She was drawn to developing her pre and post-natal pregnancy massage knowledge after having her first baby in 2019 and experiencing firsthand the changes and challenges the body faces. She wants to be able to support other women through this exciting time in their lives so that they can enjoy the journey. In addition to her work as a massage therapist, Emma is currently studying to be a Pilates instructor. She enjoys incorporating what she has learned into her treatments to enhance and aid in client rehabilitation. Book an appointment with Emma today and let her help you on your journey to better health and fitness.

Jessie Williams

Exercise Physiologist

My interest in Exercise Physiology was sparked when I was younger through my own personal experiences, where I developed a passion to help individuals reach their full potential through movement. Whilst I love working with a broad range of conditions, I have a particular interest in exercise oncology, psychological conditions and neurological conditions. I have a love for rural communities after growing up in a small country town myself and understand the importance of providing up to date health care in these areas. I love seeing individuals reach their goals and think its so important to have fun along the way.

Mr Jesse Smith

Exercise Physiologist

My Name is Jesse, and I am an Exercise Physiologist. I studied at the University of Canberra and Graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation in 2021. I grew up in nearby Ulladulla and decided that after completing University I wanted to move back home to the beautiful South Coast to begin my EP career. I’ve always been active and have enjoyed sport, so I wanted to pursue a career where I could share my passion for exercise and health, once I stumbled upon the profession of exercise physiology, I knew that’s exactly what I wanted to do! What I love about exercise physiology is that I get to share my passion for health and fitness with people from all walks of life. I believe that exercise can be used as a tool to manage and treat various conditions and injuries.
