Mr Aden Reynolds

Exercise Physiologist

Aden is a strong believer in exercise and education as medicine for positive health and lifestyle change. His clinical focus is on oncology and cardiac rehabilitation having completed a Masters of Cancer Sciences at the University of Melbourne. He currently works in both our Moruya and Batemans Bay clinics. Aden is regularly seen out on the road cyling or occasionally on the beach bowling a mean leg break.

Mr Hamish Gorman

Exercise Physiologist

After working in multidisciplinary allied health clinics across Sydney, Hamish has chosen to bring his expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic disease management to the south coast. Hamish is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist and Cycling Coach, He enjoys riding both on the road and in the bush as well as the occasional surf. Hamish employs his musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength training background working closely with other allied health providers to help a diverse range of populations in their quest for better health. He is able to provide services though Medicare, Private health insurance, DVA, Workers Compensation, CTP as well as for Private clients looking to improve their health and fitness.

Matt graduated from University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation in 2020. He is a strong believer in using exercise as a pathway to becoming the best possible version of yourself both physically and mentally. Matthew has a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, using exercise to best manage neuromuscular conditions, as well as completing exercise as way to improve mental health. He believes that everyone has the potential to improve and can’t wait to get you on your way towards your goals.

Amber completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong in 2015. Following this, Amber moved back to where she spent her childhood on the South Coast of NSW to put her Exercise Physiology knowledge to practice. Amber has always had an interest in leading a physically active lifestyle with a particular focus on assisting those who have experienced illness or injury to return to physical activity, work and leisure. With a growing public awareness around the benefits of clinically prescribed exercise for an extensive list of individuals, Amber looks forward to bringing this approach to those in the Eurobodalla area.
