Terms and Conditions of Online Bookings

*** For events: There is a required 100% non-refundable deposit to secure your online bookings. ***

We understood life commitments happen and are important to you. But to help serve more people who really needs the treatment, we thank you for your understanding. That is why we need to imply a non-refundable deposit requirement to secure your booking and to avoid other people missing out on their preferred time slot. A service fee is charged and goes to the booking platform as per their terms of services used.

- "You" refers to the person booking the appointment online.

- Our online booking system is provided for your convenience.
- By using the online booking system, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

- Once you have completed the online booking process, you will receive an email confirming your appointment.
- Please ensure that your email address is correct, as this will be our primary means of communication with you.

# 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the full amount of your booked appointment.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Payment is required at the time of booking online.
- We accept debit/credit card and charged as per the booking system.

# 6. Health Information
- You must provide accurate and complete health information, including any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.

- We will comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).

- Our practitioners are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and are bound by the codes and guidelines of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA).
- We are committed to providing you with high-quality care that meets the standards of the profession.

- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate health information or your failure to follow our advice.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through our dispute resolution process - ask our clinic manager/admin for more information.
