Adam completed his Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist in 2008 with ESSA (Exercise and Sport Science Australia) after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Human Movement). Following his degree Adam gained extensive knowledge in Chronic Disease and Chronic Injury Management at The Centre for Physical Activity in Ageing (Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre) in Adelaide. Since then he has worked in private practice where he developed a strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Injury prevention / Management as well as presenting to large companies on correct lifting techniques, Manual Handling and common injuries in the workplace. In 2010, Adam decided to pursue his passion of inspiring people to better themselves, make positive lifestyle changes and enhance quality of life. Adam’s keen interest in strength and conditioning, fitness, nutrition and athletic performance has provided him an incredible gratitude for the human body in its abilities and limitations. His passion and discipline towards his own training has inspired him to help others believe and achieve the best in themselves at any age.

Chris has completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UniSA and is thrilled to be on board the dynamic team at EPSA Health. After working as a teacher for several years, Chris decided to make a change in direction and pursue his passion for a career in health. He has lived his own journey in weight loss, fitness and recovery from injury and draws heavily on this experience and personal understanding to help others along the way. Chris has a keen interest in pain management, chronic pain, sporting injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning training. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help patients achieve their goals.
