David Nunn

Exercise Physiologist

I learnt that having a healthy internal system is just the beginning of many facets of life. Further learning highlighted that exercise can reverse diabetes, regrow necrotic heart tissue, improve cancer recovery, improve mood and focus on mental health, and reduce the deterioration of neurological disorders through appropriate exercise modes and dosages. That was just the beginning of my holistic exercise physiology career. On a personal note, I have a son who is an NDIS participant which has enabled me to deliver programs for ASD teens and young adults with a level of support and empathy that provides a safe and enjoyable environment for the client to achieve their best. I am passionate about our team’s development and bring a broad range of experiences that enhance my capacity to problem solve for clients. I have had great outcomes for clients with rare conditions due to this diverse experience offering alternative solutions. No two treatment programs are the same and I thrive on managing complex disorders that requires adaptation and creativity while implementing research-based programs. My dynamic and emphatic approach to service delivery allows for an individualised and targeted approach to match the day to day presentation of a client and push for the highest likelihood of success.
