Ewa Nowińska is an Australian Registered Psychologist with a lot of experience in providing Telehealth services, particularly for people residing in rural and remote areas. Ewa adopts a client-centred approach to therapy and focuses on applying evidence-based techniques which are tailored to address each individuals needs. Ewa believes in advocating independence and self-determination, encouraging her clients to learn how to be their own therapist. Ewa has a special interest in eating disorders as well as supporting clients who are undergoing bariatric surgery.
