Emily has experience working with adults and adolescents with a wide range of mental health concerns varying from short-term stressors to chronic difficulties. She has a particular interest in supporting people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and dating difficulties, experiences of trauma, emotional dysregulation, and perfectionism/high standards. Emily is passionate about providing treatment to clients of all genders, sexual identities, and cultural backgrounds. Emily utilises a range of evidence-based therapy modalities such as Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Emily adapts treatment to meet each person's individual needs and works collaboratively with clients to empower them to achieve their goals. She endeavours to bring warmth, humour, and authenticity into the therapy room to create a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship.
