Ellen has experience working with adolescents through to older adults and involving family members and caregivers in some of her therapeutic work with younger clients.
Ellen has a particular interest in attachment-related and personality-related difficulties and uses a trauma-informed lens in her therapeutic work. She is passionate about breaking the stigma around personality disorders and seeks to help her clients develop healthy relationships. This includes building healthier family, social, and professional dynamics.
