Overview

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Elke Supple has a wealth of knowledge on hormone health, overcoming emotional eating/addictions, gut disorders, pain and arthritis, fatty liver, food intolerances and allergies, and vegan healthy eating. She is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN). She was the founder of Core Nutrition and now Director of Supple Clinic. Elke is a sought-after practitioner taking on many "too complex" clients all around Australia, and changing their lives. In fact, one of her sayings is "I'm here to help you be self sufficient, so you never need to see me again". She has a passion for mental wellness, eating competence and size acceptance. Elke works with worried parents of fussy eaters, including children on the Autism Spectrum, to reduce the meal time struggles of families and encourage kids to safely explore new tastes. She has two children who are also on the spectrum and understands the scaffolding that these kids need in order to succeed. Having experienced Bulimia Nervosa herself, Elke understands the day to day battle with food that people with an eating disorder are going through, and she gives easy to implement strategies to help those who are willing to change but cannot do it alone. If you’re looking for evidence-based nutritional advice and products, and you’re looking for meal planning and cooking-from-scratch ideas that uses wholefoods, then you’ve come to the right place and we look forward to meeting you.
