Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist
Liz is an experienced massage therapist with
over 20 years experience. She trained in massage
therapy while living in England, completing a
Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology at Morley
College and an Advanced Diploma in Shiatsu
Massage from Middlesex University. During this
time, Liz worked predominantly with women
during pregnancy and was a regular practitioner
at Positively Women, a charity supporting women
living with HIV.
Following the birth of her two daughters, Liz
transitioned into massage therapy full-time. After
returning to Australia in 2012, she retrained
in Remedial Sports Massage at Loftus TAFE.
Since then, she has gained extensive hands-
on experience working with NRL rugby league teams, Cricket NSW teams, and individual elite
and recreational athletes, including swimmers,
cyclists, boxers, and marathon runners.
Liz has a strong interest in identifying movement
patterns and muscular imbalances that contribute
to pain and dysfunction. She enjoys working
collaboratively with clients to restore the body
to optimal function. Her background in Shiatsu
allows her to integrate a holistic approach into her

Committed to ongoing professional development,
Liz continues to expand her skills and knowledge
