Commenced nursing in 1981 and completed my training at the WA School of Nursing. I have worked in many varied areas including orthopaedic surgery, general surgery and gynaecological surgery. Since 1998 I have been working in the Emergency Dept with a very broad range of experience and knowledge, from neonates to geriatrics, and covering all body systems. I completed a Masters degree in 2012 and have been working as a Nurse Practitioner in ED since then. For the past 2 years I have been working as well for a Functional Medicine clinic organising pathology and scripts for patients. Since January of this year I have expanded my expertise to menopause management and also weight loss management. I have completed several courses and attended education/seminars to increase my knowledge to help my patients in this specialty. I am commited to providing safe, evidence based care to all my patients.

I have been a Registered nurse for 42 years and for the previous 19 years, I have worked as a Nurse Practitioner. I have worked in the Skin/Aesthetics field for the previous 14 years and have completed a Diploma of Dermatology. Working in the field of skin has allowed me to assist many people in gaining healthy younger looking skin and regaining their self confidence.
