Elise is an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist and co-founder of Hera Nutrition. Elise has completed additional training to specialise in paediatric and pregnancy nutrition, with a particular focus on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and optimising their children’s nutrition. As a mum herself, Elise understands the practical and emotional challenges of parenthood and is passionate about helping families feel confident in how they nourish themselves and their little ones. She has seen firsthand how a personalised approach that reduces stress around food and mealtimes can create powerful, lasting benefits for the whole family. At Hera Nutrition, Elise provides evidence-based, individualised nutrition advice to support families through every stage of pregnancy, postpartum, and feeding their little ones. She is passionate about empowering parents with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed choices about their family’s nutrition, offering strategies that are both personalised and practical.
