Christine Larkin is the Colourful Catalyst; committed to facilitating positive change and self-awareness to all her clients. With over 20 years’ experience in the wellness industry, Christine offers a unique and holistic approach to body-mind balance and healing.

Neuda has over 20 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist. She is also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release. She has a clinical but also intuitive approach to her treatments and is very good at finding tight spots. Neuda uses Mindfulness during her treatments, being fully present for her clients. She has a very firm, yet gentle and nurturing touch. Neuda's love for knowledge and helping others has her now doing a Certificate of Craniosacral Therapy and a Diploma of Counselling. She is a self professed Neuroscience geek and can talk Polyvagal Theory for hours. She intends to use her new qualifications alongside her bodywork techniques to offer a whole body-mind treatment. In her spare time Neuda enjoys her Barre classes and Kundalini Yoga.
