Overview

I am an Australian-trained counselling psychologist with a passion and experience in supporting adults and young people struggling with a wide range of mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety disorders. I offer psychotherapy services in English and Japanese. Besides working a clinician at private practice, public health care system, and schools, I was a lecturer and researcher at international universities. I am about to complete my PhD at the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Queensland. I have published over 15 books and research articles in mental health. I adopt client-centred approach with a strong focus on creating a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can openly discuss your concerns.
