Winifred completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honours, an MPhil in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Psychiatry. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Winifred is trained in several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive behavioural therapy.
Winifred has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults. She also has extensive experience working with people from Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. I also have experience working with people from a different religious background. Winifred has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, work-related mental health problems, perfectionism, procrastination, low self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties. She has worked in a range of settings, including schools, non-government organisations, public and private practice.
