Dr Vanessa McKay has extensive experience as a consultant to public and private organisations and also has managed her own private practice for over 10 years. She specialises in health promotion, positive psychology and resilience building, encouraging early intervention approaches to good health. Her training and approach incorporates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness skills and interventions drawn from positive psychology research. She has delivered many national evidence based psychology workshops and seminars.
