Overview

Dr Shivani Vij is a Registered Psychologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based psychological care to children, adolescents and adults. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional and relationship difficulties, life transitions, and parenting challenges. She has a particular interest in neurodiversity and supporting individuals to better understand their strengths, experiences and needs. Her approach is warm, collaborative, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Shivani also provides comprehensive ADHD, Autism, cognitive and learning assessments across the lifespan. Her aim is to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where individuals feel genuinely heard, understood and supported in making meaningful changes.
