Overview

Dr Shikha Gray works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, health problems (particularly diabetes), and personality disorders. Shikha is warm and nurturing in her approach to therapy. Philosophically, she is influenced by existential and psychodynamic frameworks. In practice, she maintains a pragmatic view and tailors treatment to the preferences and needs of the individual or couple. Shikha is widely trained in a number of psychological modalities. Shikha is Indian born, moving to Australia at a young age. Her experience growing up between two worlds led to her special interest in supporting people facing difficulties with identity, family conflict, self-perception, isolation, sense of belonging and interracial relationships.
