Dr Scott Harvey Psychologist (Provisional)

Scott is a provisional psychologist who completed his Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) at Nova Southeastern University in the United States. Before moving to Australia, he worked for over seven years as a licensed clinical psychologist overseas and is currently completing his transitional period toward full registration in Australia, which is expected within the next three months. Scott’s clinical experience includes extensive work with young adults in university settings, as well as a strong interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, particularly transgender and gender-expansive individuals. His therapeutic approach is primarily interpersonal and acceptance-focused. Outside of work, Scott enjoys exploring Australia, spending time with his husband, baking, bushwalking, reading, playing Minecraft, and making new friends. He welcomes referrals for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ and gender-related concerns, sexuality, and grief.
