Overview

BOOK HERE: https://embodiedminds.com.au/book/ Osteopaths are primary healthcare professionals. We adopt a holistic biopsychosocial approach to patients' well-being through hands-on manual therapy . This involves joint, muscle, nerve, but also visceral complaints and other tissues that support the human body. Our training in anatomy and pathophysiology assists our assessments to provide a diagnosis. We hereby have the knowledge to refer patient's to other doctors if required. Osteopathic treatment can help people who suffer issues including (but not limited to) headaches, back and neck pain, pregnancy-related issues, general tensions, and musculoskeletal injuries. Osteopaths are also able to offer ongoing support for stress management, lifestyle factors, and provide other relevant educational advice. Some Osteopaths are also trained in adjunct therapies such as trigger point dry needling or exercise therapy. Osteopaths are Government registered and regulated primary health care providers. We complete university accredited training and comply with industry standards to ensure high quality care and patient safety.
