In life, we all encounter moments, even seasons, that are challenging, painful, or overwhelming. As a licensed clinical psychologist, my goal is to provide a safe space to process your experiences and develop new perspectives to find meaning in life. I engage in therapy with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups who are undergoing difficulties with relationships, depression, trauma, cultural identity, grief, and identity development. I also conduct psychological testing for cognitive and emotional difficulties. My style of therapy is collaborative, integrative, and holistic, as well as good-naturedly challenging if need be.
