Dr Rob Simms-Reeve is a qualified chiropractor with over 23 years of experience in strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise. He holds a Master of Clinical Chiropractic and a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, combining evidence-based care with real-world performance insight. Rob is the founder of RSR Performance & Recovery, where he integrates hands-on chiropractic techniques—including dry needling, cupping, IASTM, and adjustments. Combining this with movement-based rehab and mobility coaching. His approach draws from advanced methods in the Strength and conditioning field and blends with effective manual therapy when needed. With a deep understanding of both injury recovery and athletic performance, Rob supports a diverse clientele ranging from everyday movers to elite athletes. He currently offers consultations at both his home-based clinic and a CrossFit affiliate location, as well as online via Telehealth for rehab and performance support.
