Renata is a clinical psychologist with a passion for working collaboratively with children, adolescents, and their parents to facilitate meaningful and lasting changes. She has a particular interest in psychometric testing including assessment of intellectual ability, academic achievement, giftedness, learning difficulties, and ADHD. She also has an interest in behavioural difficulties such as non-compliance in preschool and primary school aged children and enjoys supporting parents to enhance behaviour management skills.
Renata has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, across public and psychiatric hospitals, university and research clinics, and in private practice. She places emphasis on the importance of comprehensive assessment and a strong evidence-based approach in guiding treatment. She completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours I) at the University of Wollongong and a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and PhD at the University of Sydney.
