2. Billing & Appointment Information

Lena Medical Telehealth is a mixed billing clinic.

Billing Overview

• Private appointments: Privately billed — no Medicare rebate
• Specialist appointments: Privately billed — rebates may apply depending on eligibility
• Some services may be bulk billed for eligible patients

Important to Know

• We do not bulk bill non-Medicare cardholders
• All required paperwork (e.g., consent forms) must be completed before your appointment
• Not completing paperwork does not qualify for a refund

3. By Continuing With Your Booking

You agree that:
• The information you provide is true and complete
• You understand our privacy and billing policies
• You accept our Terms & Conditions for telehealth services
