Dr. Nouhad (Nina) El-Haddad is PhD qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over 10 years of experience. Dr. Nina's practice is founded on principles of health equity and specialises in providing comprehensive nutrition assessments, personalised nutrition counselling, dietary management strategies, medical nutrition therapy, and ongoing support and monitoring. Alongside her private practice, Dr. Nina also works as a part-time researcher at UNSW Australia. Dr. Nina holds a PhD in Public Health and Community Medicine from UNSW Australia, along with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Nutrition and Food from Western Sydney. Her contributions to clinical dietetics and public health research have not gone unnoticed. Dr. Nina has earned many awards, including, a scholarship from the Centre for Obesity Management and Prevention Research Excellence in Primary Health Care, an Honorary Lecturer award from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Community Engagement Award from UNSW Australia. Dr. Nina’s work extends far beyond her dietetic practice. She is an integral part of ground-breaking projects like the 'Shisha No Thanks', which have earned her and her team the NSW Premier's Multicultural Communications Award Campaign of the Year and the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Health Award in the Keeping People Healthy Category.
