Overview

Dr Michelle Cranston is a highly experienced and authentically compassionate psychologist who has been providing gold-standard care in private practice since 2007. She predominantly adopt Schema Therapy and CBT / CBT-E with her clients. Originally based in Melbourne, Australia, Michelle relocated to the beautiful Noosa Heads in 2024, proudly continuing to support clients throughout Australia via telehealth. Michelle is passionate about creating an emotionally safe therapeutic environment instilled with warmth, attunement, curiosity, appropriate humour, and authentic care - helping people feel genuinely heard, understood, cared for, and respected. Michelle can assist with a range of clinical issues such as eating disorders, personality difficulties, depression, and anxiety, as well as overall life difficulties such as body image concerns, self-esteem, grief and loss, work / school stress, and relationship problems. Michelle also has experience in sport psychology, helping athletes on and off the field.
