I assist people who are experiencing unexpected change, are dealing with everyday life or work pressures, have been burdened by an issue, or are needing help to manage a mental illness. As a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience, I have a considerable number of evidence informed ideas and tools to support you, which have worked for many of my clients. I believe that psychological therapy is a collaborative process and will work alongside you to support you in the achievement of your personal goals or unique recovery journey.
Dr Melody Fudge primarily works within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework and incorporates other modalities as appropriate. She is genuinely compassionate and supportive in her approach. She has experience working with people facing a wide range of mental health and psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, Adult ADHD, low self-esteem, interpersonal and relationship issues, workplace challenges, adjustment difficulties, trauma, and grief. She also has experience providing services to military veterans and their partners, understanding the unique challenges associated with having served in the defence force.
During her career, Melody has held executive leadership positions, undertaken program development and training, and mentored managers and aspiring leaders. She is experienced in the provision of clinical supervision for clinical psychology registrars, provisional psychologists and other clinicians working within the field of mental health.
