Dr Melanie Willetts Psychiatrist

Dr Willetts has over twelve years experience of working in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry. Having graduated and completed all of her training in the UK, she worked as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in the North of England for four years before relocating to the Port Macquarie area in 2021. She subsequently obtained her fellowship with The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2023, and has worked with children and young people across both acute inpatient, and community settings. Dr Willetts has training and experience in the use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Systemic Family therapy, Dialectical behaviour therapy, and Family Based Therapy.
