Dr Marie Bukman has been in private practice for the past 21 years. She has vast experience in helping people overcome inner obstacles to happiness. Marie is a compassionate, kind and empathetic listener with lots of life experience. She helps people with relationship issues, self-doubt, grief, depression,anxiety and more, utilising Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Depth Psychology with a practical Cognitive Behavioural approach, Marie believes that therapy is about growing and doing things better. Marie's aim is to help you understand the core of the issue, and unglue it. Learning to recognise destructive thought patterns and relationship habits is the first step, followed by changing old patterns that keep yielding the same unhappy results.
