Dr Lidija Willison Psychologist

Lidija is a warm and experienced psychologist who has provided psychological assessments, individual therapy, facilitated group interventions, presented workshops, and provided critical incident support and mediations in NSW and ACT. She has worked in youth services, employee assistance program organisations, community centres, mental health hospitals and private practice. Lidija is committed to a holistic approach, recognising the connection between mind, body and spirit. She is aware of the unique personal qualities and circumstances that bring her clients to therapy and aims to create lasting change by using a tailored approach to meet individual needs. Lidija is experienced in a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also work cover approved to provide therapy under the Worker’s compensation scheme. Her areas of interest include: Anxiety and depression Grief and loss Anger and Adjustment Work place difficulties Conflict and communication Personality disorders Lidija is available for face to face and virtual appointments.
