Dr Kirsty Seward is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over a decade of experience across the health, nutrition, and wellness industry. Based in Newcastle, Australia, Kirsty is dedicated to supporting clients to enhance their health and wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition interventions and sustainable behaviour change strategies.
Kirsty has a special interest in body image and eating disorders and is currently pursuing her Eating Disorder Credential to further support clients in this space.
Her practice focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges such as emotional eating, body image concerns, disordered eating, and ongoing cycles of self-doubt. Through a compassionate, client-centred approach, Kirsty empowers her clients to build confidence, improve their relationship with food, and develop long-term habits that support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Outside of her professional work, Kirsty enjoys spending time outdoors—whether running at sunrise, hiking with her partner, or relaxing by the ocean with their two dogs.
