I am an experienced mindfulness teacher and founder of the Melbourne Mindfulness Practice, where I run community Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs and day retreats alongside mindfulness courses for organisations.
I have explored meditative and contemplative practices from a young age and began teaching Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in 2015. I have facilitated MBCT courses for individuals with recurrent depression, stress and chronic health conditions as well as for health professionals.
Outside of my work at the Melbourne Mindfulness Practice, I work part-time for Phoenix Australia - Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health in a clinical research capacity. I am a registered clinical psychologist and supervisor.
