Dr Kate Cain helps clients understand and manage the issues and concerns that affect their mental well-being. She helps them manage what can be distressing physical symptoms arising from their mental health issues and can help them understand why they occurred in the first place.
Kate sees individuals across the lifespan (adults, adolescents, children, and families) for mental health conditions ranging from mild to severe and complex. These issues include anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, eating disorders, the effects of workplace bullying, PTSD, and substance use.
Kate has had prior experience working in major corporations and in developing and managing her own business. Her career history adds a further richness to her life experience and the understanding she brings to her work.
