I am passionate about helping clients turn emotional challenges into emotional growth. I believe that everyone has inner strengths to overcome challenges and has the potential to live a rich and meaningful life. My core approach is creating an empathic and caring therapeutic relationship with my clients, from which we can co-create ways to handle difficult thoughts, situations and emotions. I work with both adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), substance abuse, suicidality and disordered eating. I also provide psychometric testing for learning disorders (such as Dyslexia), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), giftedness and intellectual disability.
