Dr Jason Ratcliffe Other Medical Practitioner

Dr Ratcliffe is a graduate of the University of QLD and an Authorised Prescriber (AP) of medicinal cannabis. He first worked with medicinal cannabis in palliative care and found it a successful adjuvant therapy to improve end of life symptoms of pain and anxiety, as well as reducing the burden of polypharmacy, particularly antipsychotics and opioids. He manages a wide variety of conditions with a patient centred approach, though has special interests in palliative care and chronic inflammatory conditions. Dr Ratcliffe enjoys a collaborative patient relationship, enjoying guiding patients through management of chronic conditions as much as he does learning from patient experience.
