I have an optimistic outlook to human potential and the capacity for change, acknowledging that each individual is unique.
As a counsellor I strive to facilitate a journey of self discovery and awareness, the development of emotional resilience, enhancement of a sense of psychological safety and autonomy to support meaningful participation in life and connection with others. This can only be achieved when working with people holistically.
The key to attaining this is working together with clients, help put their pasts in perspective, striving to live fulfilling lives in the present and looking forward to the future.
