My name is Dr Hana Guo, and I am an EMDR, CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping my clients break free from unhealthy patterns that keep on repeating. I support both individuals who warrant a mental health diagnosis as well as professionals without any diagnosis (ie., health and mental health practitioners, lawyers, engineers) who are seeking coaching or self improvement to be be happier and better adjusted individuals. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, my focus is on managing anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), grief and perinatal struggles. My focus on psychodynamic therapy means I work with my clients to explore the root causes of their emotional challenges and develop strategies accordingly. I take a personalized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of my clients. With my gentle, compassionate yet focused approach to therapy, I help my clients uncover the insights and tools they need to create lasting change in their lives.
