Dr. Hammad Mahmoud is an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with over two decades of medical practice across Australia, the United Kingdom, Kuwait, and Egypt. He brings extensive expertise in inpatient and community mental health, with specialisation in general adult psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, sleep disorders, addiction, psychiatric emergencies, ECT, rehabilitation, geriatric psychiatry, and psychotherapy. He holds the Kuwait Psychiatry Board, is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), and an International Member of the Canadian Psychiatric Association. Dr. Mahmoud is recognised for his leadership in multidisciplinary teams, clinical supervision, and mental health service development, including managing psychiatric care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
