Fiona is a Clinical and Forensic psychologist with a background in education and research. She has worked across psychiatric, psychosocial rehabilitative, prison, and private practice settings with both adults and children. She aims to provide a safe, compassionate space for clients.
Fiona treats a range of presentations, including PTSD, complex trauma, offending behaviours, personality disorders, psychosis, depression, and anxiety. She enjoys providing both individual and group treatment.
Fiona undertakes assessments focussing psycho-legal, risk assessment, cognitive, personality, and psychopathology matters.
Fiona believes in evidence-based practice, and that the approach to therapy ought to be tailored to the individual client. She is trained in and draws upon a combination of approaches, including EMDR, DBT, CBT and ACT.
Additionally, Fiona is a board-approved supervisor who enjoys supporting fellow psychologists.
