Overview

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian based on Sunshine Coast. I provide professional and qualified dietary support focusing on heart disease (cholesterol, hypertension, sodium and fluid management), diabetes (pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes), chronic kidney disease, irritable bowel syndrome and gut health. I offer in-clinic, home visit and tele-health consultations. I am able to cater those who wish to communicate in Chinese and Malay. My aim is to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. You will be able to walk away from my consultation session with tailored options you can choose from and work with, feeling supported and motivated to keep going, and access to further information as needed. NOTE: In-clinic consultation (Thursdays only); Other days via online consultation. If you would like to have in-person consultation other than Thursdays, please leave a note when making an appointment.
