Overview

Dr Evelyn Chang is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian based on Sunshine Coast. She has special interest in chronic kidney disease, gut health, and Type 2 diabetes. She also provides extensive tailored dietary support on oncology, heart disease (cholesterol, hypertension, sodium and fluid management), food intolerance with validated tools, weight management, and women's health. She works with both adults and children. She offers in-clinic and tele-health consultations. She is able to cater those who wish to communicate in Chinese and Malay. Her aim is to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. You will be able to walk away from my consultation session with tailored options you can choose from and work with, feeling supported and motivated to keep going, and access to further information as needed. NOTE: In-clinic consultation at Buderim (Thursdays only); online consultation (Friday only); In-clinic consultation at Forest Glen (Tuesday).
