clinic location

Overview

He is an internationally recognised interdisciplinary allied health clinician, working at the nexus of medicine, rehabilitation, and strength & conditioning to optimise human longevity and health outcomes. He holds three Master’s degrees—in Medicine, Pain Management, and Clinical Exercise Physiology—alongside a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Diplomas in Psychological Science and Business Management. He is currently completing his Psychology Honours as part of a six-year training pathway, alongside other tertiary education, further expanding his expertise across clinical disciplines. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine (FAIHM) and a Fellow and Master International Strength & Conditioning Practitioner (mISCP) through the International Universities Strength & Conditioning Association—both doctoral-level distinctions that highlight his expertise, leadership, and commitment to advancing human performance and wellbeing. He champions sustainable health practices, reducing reliance on pharmaceuticals—or supporting their complete cessation where appropriate—and promotes disease remission in conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and chronic pain whenever possible. His research has been published in leading journals, covering pain management, knee osteoarthritis, biomechanics, and health literacy, and he continues to present at national and international conferences, sharing evidence-based insights with peers across allied health and exercise science. Drawing on his experience as a former international-level swimmer, who competed at Olympic trials and earned multiple podium finishes at state and national championships in both pool and open-water events, he brings a unique perspective on human performance and longevity. Guided by his belief that “age or disease may influence your path, but self-imposed beliefs determine your ceiling,” he is committed to helping you navigate your journey and achieve the goals that matter most to you.
