Dr Emily Prytula is a Clinical Psychologist, who specialises in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health problems. She has over 10-years experience working and studying in the area of mental health. Her experience spans from working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and in a variety of mental health settings. Dr Emily Prytula is a scientist-practitioner trained in various forms of psychological therapy, with a strong focus on the provision of cognitive-behavioural therapy. This is an integrative evidence-based treatment approach that targets thinking styles, emotional management and behavior patterns to produce meaningful and lasting improvement in psychological health. Dr Emily Prytulais trained to treat emotional, interpersonal, and mental health problems, including: Anxiety and Phobias, Depression, Eating Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Personality Disorders, Sleep Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress, Anger Management, Self-Harming Behaviours, and Parenting, and Relationship Difficulties. Treatment is tailored to the individual client and adopts a patient-centered, respectful, and supportive approach.
